Chris John is a London based psychotherapist who is well known for his innovative and empathic style of therapy. Having gained a Masters degree at Greenwich University, Chris went on to train extensively with Pia Mellody of The Meadows and he has become one of Europe’s leading trauma reduction specialists working with codependency, love addiction and shame based issues created through ‘family of origin’ dynamics.
An expert in issues relating from developmental and attachment trauma, Chris draws on his years of experience and a rich combination of theories to provide the most effective therapeutic outcome for clients who have struggled with relational issues including love addiction & avoidance, betrayal, sexual issues, low self-esteem, boundaries, self care, compulsive behaviors and lack of direction.
